Our Impact press gives consistent quality stroke after stroke

These impact press machines are useful in a wide range of applications such as Riveting, Eyeleting, Marking, Bending, Punching, Embossing, Button fixing, corner fitting, even Hot stamping (with suitable fixturing).

These impact press machines or riveting machines are ideal for quick riveting, numbering, bending, flaring, embossing, punching, shearing, stamping, button-fixing, eyeleting, corner fitting, stud fitting, hot-stamping and a host of other assembly work operations.

These impact presses are different from the conventional Fly Presses and Arbor Presses. The impact press is a press in which the actual impact, which acts on the job, does not depend on the pressure exerted by the operator while actuating the lever. The mechanical advantage ratio achieved is more than 175. So, however lightly you pull the handle lever, the pressure that you get on the job is consistent. This leads to instant forming of the job as per your requirement and a uniform finish.

IMPACT PRESSES operate at a speed of two strokes per second & hence are ideal for assembly line operations.

In case of the PNEUMATIC IMPACT PRESS MODEL, both hands of the operator remain free for feeding the job into the impact press, thus enhancing his/her productivity further. Moreover, the pneumatic impact press model can be operated manually as well. So, in case of power failures, your factory’s production is not hampered.

You can also adjust the striking pressure in the impact press as per your requirement up to a maximum of:
1.1 ton in case of I.P.-1100
3.5 ton in case of I.P.-3500
5.5 ton in case of I.P.-5500
